STILL FEELING FULL?


Dear Eazy health people, i know everyone must have really indulged themselves during this holidays. Well,its a treat too tempting to ignore and all the fried goodies make it very difficult indeed. I hope you ve all had your food fix so back to work tomorrow!!
For some of us who are still feeling like a bloated whale, below is a thing or two about gas etc


HOME TREATMENT FOR GAS, BLOATING AND BURPING

 
Gas, Bloating, and Burping are usually harmless and go away without any treatment. If gas, bloating or burping is making you uncomfortable, take the following steps to help manage your symptoms:
1.Increase the amount of fluid you drink, especially water.
2.Avoid carbonated drinks and alcoholic beverages.

3.Take a medicine that you can buy without a prescription. 

4.Be sure to follow the instructions on the label

5. Antacids allow gas to be belched away more easily.        

6.But these medicines often have no effect on gas that is already in the intestines .Food enzymes such as Beano which help break down the sugars found in vegetables and grains can be added to foods that cause you to have gas.
